Treatment can be exhausting: the waiting, the hormones, the hope and the fear. Fertility yoga gives you a safe, quiet space to come back to your body and trust it again.

How Fertility Yoga Supports You Through IVF

Every session is tailored to your body, your cycle and where you are in treatment. The practice is gentle and precise, and it changes as your needs change.

Yoga accompanies your medical care and never replaces it. Please consult your doctor, and tell me about your treatment so we can adapt the practice.

Yoga for IVF and for Women Trying to Conceive

Every path to motherhood is different. Some women are just beginning to try, some are between treatments, and some are in the middle of an IVF cycle. The practice meets you where you are and evolves with your needs.

When You Are Trying to Conceive

We focus on reconnecting with your body and your monthly cycle: gentle movement for the pelvic area and the deep core, slow breathing, and rest when the body asks for it. The aim is simple: to feel less tense and more at home in your body.

Before and During an IVF Cycle

Treatment brings appointments, medication and a lot of waiting. The practice becomes softer and simpler, with breathing and calm movement to help settle the nervous system. Together with your doctor's guidance, we adapt every session to the stage you are in.

During the Two-Week Wait

The days of waiting can be the hardest. This is a time for very gentle practice: breath, stillness and presence, a place to hold the hope and the fear without being swept away by them. Please follow your doctor's advice about movement after embryo transfer.

After an Unsuccessful IVF Cycle

When a cycle doesn't succeed, there is space to rest and to grieve. The practice can be a quiet place to come back to yourself, at your own pace, before you decide what comes next.

Online Fertility Yoga via Zoom, Wherever You Are

Fertility treatment asks for privacy and flexibility. Private, one-on-one sessions are available via Zoom, from your own home, at a time that works for your schedule and time zone.

If you live near Haifa, you are also welcome in my studio, where I teach small group classes for women.

Questions About Fertility Yoga

Can I practice yoga during IVF?

Yes, with care. The practice is gentle and adapted to each stage of your treatment. Yoga accompanies your medical care and never replaces it, so please check with your doctor and tell me where you are in your cycle.

Will yoga help me get pregnant?

No one can promise that, and I never will. What yoga can offer is a calmer nervous system, a closer connection to your body, and support through a demanding time.

Is fertility yoga only for women going through IVF?

No. It is for any woman trying to conceive, whether you are at the beginning of the journey, between treatments or in the middle of IVF.

Do I need yoga experience?

No. Sessions are tailored to your current needs and experience level, whatever your age.

How do online fertility yoga sessions work?

We meet one-on-one via Zoom, at a time that works for your schedule and time zone. You need a yoga mat, a little quiet space, and a phone, tablet or computer. We can start with a 30-minute Zoom call to get to know each other.

Is it safe to do yoga after embryo transfer?

Please follow your doctor's advice first. If your doctor agrees, the practice during this time is very gentle: breathing, relaxation and stillness, without strong stretches or effort.

How often should I practice fertility yoga?

That depends on you and on your treatment. In our first conversation, we’ll work together to find a schedule that fits your needs, and it can change as your needs change.

What happens in the first Zoom call?

We talk about where you are: your body, your story, your treatment and what you hope for. There’s no yoga practice or pressure, just a first conversation.
